I was super pants last month and didn't post a large amount towards the end, and then I realised that I hadn't done a post on January and now its March and I am a terrible blogger. Feel free to judge me, I wouldn't blame you! I didn't actually take a whole lot of photos in January, but February there was a lot more so I thought I'd do the two together.


I tried to cram in as many photos as I possibly could without making it look to messy, there were so many more photos that I wanted to include but this post would end up being way to long and I don't want to bore you all with my life story!

The first photo is of the beautiful flowers that Adam got me for Valentines day, he'd taken note the month before that lilies are some of my favourite flowers. The man did good! Then he took me out that evening for some amazing food at Chiquitos, and the second photo is of some of the cocktails we decided to get with our meals and the vodka and raspberry one that I had was probably one of the best things I have EVER DRUNK IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, I miss that drink.
I went out for a Costa catch up with one of my favourite females in the world and we literally just sat chilled, talked and laughed the whole day and it was just lovely being able to catch up with her as we don't get to see much of each other but when we do it's like nothing has changed. My closest friends and I went out for a meal and then went back to Adam's flat and had a few drinks and played cards against humanity (if you haven't played it yet and you have a messed up sense of humor then I recommend it!) and it was a really fun and brilliant night.
I also got my new camera in February and it is so amazing, I can't wait to go out and give it a spin, I'm genuinely craving some sort of day out or occasion so I can use it!
Lastly, in January my 2 best friends finally gave birth to my absolutely beautiful god son/ surrogate nephew. I've covered his face up because he's only a little baby and I'm not going to post his face on my blog so you'll all have to take my word for it when I say he is the most stunning little angel in the whole world. I'm head over heels in-love with him and so proud of my friends.

So that's all you really need to know about my last few months, how were your January and February?

Although the photo above doesn't do the shades justice, I promise you they are absolutely stunning and you will just have to take my word for it!

Now I know that i didn't actually do a years worth of these last year, but it would have bugged me otherwise and so I decided to start again because why the hell not.
December was a super awesome month for me; I had my work Christmas party, loads of meals out, the BBC music awards, Christmas, New years and just loads of nice fun things to do.

I bought the new Essie Christmas nail polish to wear for my works Christmas party and I had to snap a photo of it, but it's so stunning and really is Christmas in a bottle. The only thing I hate about it though is that like every other glitter polish, it is the hardest thing to get off of my nails and I've now had to give my nails a little rest from products for a while. Myself and Adam also went to the first ever BBC music awards which were incredible! I hope I get to go back another year because it was absolutely amazing. The creme brulee was the dessert I had when we went out for a birthday meal and it was absolutely MASSIVE, no one could finish it.
I was very very spoilt this Christmas and got so many beautiful and thoughtful gifts which I appreciated so much, two were from my absolute favourite jewellery retailers 'astrid and miyu' all the jewellery they do is stunning and I was lucky enough to get a ring and bracelet from Adam.
Lastly, myself and Adam spent new years in Liverpool. It's my favourite place in the UK and so I was over the moon to be there with my favourite person, it really was the perfect way to end the year!

I have so many posts planned that I'm finding it hard to actually figure out when to post them, which is an absolute first for me! It's growing closer and closer to Christmas and although I will over the moon with any gifts I am lucky enough to get, I thought I would do a wishlist of stuff I'd like to be able to buy myself for Christmas!

Tomorrow I'll be on blogmas day 15, so I've technically caught up in my own messed up crazy way. I hope it's not been too confusing for any of you! So after the amazing night at the BBC music awards we were unsure of what we wanted to do for the last few hours we had in London and eventually we settled on going to winter wonderland which I've been super excited to do for a while.

I know what you're all probably thinking and yes I know that 13 doesn't come after 11. I'm not quite that bad at maths! I was obviously in London for Thursday and Friday and so I've not really had any access to a laptop, and as I knew I wouldn't be doing much this weekend I thought I'd combine Thursday with today and then I'll do tomorrow and Friday together. I'm sorry if it's a bit confusing, but it does make sense in my head I promise!

So Adam and I woke up early Thursday morning and got in the car to drive to London, yes you heard me right; we drove into London. Why we decided this would be a good idea I have absolutely no idea, but it was an experience to say the least. We were obviously in London to go to the first ever BBC music awards, so we still had a few hours to kill before we needed to get ready and so had a bit of a mooch around London. I've been obsessed with trying five guys ever since I had heard there was one in Covent Garden, it just needed to happen. So when we saw it wasn't that busy we ran straight in and thank god we did because it was so so worth it! You definitely get what you pay for and I cannot wait to go back. We then went to have a look around Convent Garden and I fell in love with the Christmas tree because who couldn't?! It's bloody beautiful



 After a few hours of shopping we hurried back to our hotel to get ready for the music awards. I'll say now, this was the first ever BBC music awards and if they decided to do it again next year and you can get tickets; then go. It was one of the best experiences of my life so far, the music was amazing, the atmosphere was fabulous and the crowd was just full of really polite nice people apart from a couple of inconsiderate douche-bags. We were stood up and we were actually really close to the front of the stage which was insane, although we are both really short it was quite hard to see but there were big screens so the little people could see which was great. In all honesty though it was just an absolutely amazing experience that I'm so glad I was able to see for the first time.

The highlight for me was Coldplay, Clean Bandit, George Ezra, Catfish and the bottlemen and Will.I.am & Cody Wise. Coldplay started off and were so so stunning, they put the crowd in such a mental and up-beat mood and I genuinely want to see them again. Clean Bandit have been one of my favourite bands this year and so I was super stoked to see them and they were worth the wait, they are such an interesting mix of genre's and they were just as good live as they are in the music videos. George Ezra was just an absolute darling, which I thought he would be and I just love him so much! Catfish and the bottleman won an award (WOO BEST NEWCOMER) and me and Adam were cheering so loud for them because they deserved it 110% and Will.I.am and Codywise were fabulous; I've always been a huge fan of Will.I.am so when he was announced as an act I did a massive fistpump.

I feel very guilty because I've not blogged at all in so long, and I was doing so well. July was a pretty crazy month and in the end I just don't really know where it all went. It's actually my birthday this Saturday which came round stupidly quick and so I thought a good idea would be to just do a little wishlist of some things that I love at the moment. Obviously I wouldn't expect anyone to get me any of these things because they are very expensive, it's just things that I'd by as a present to myself more than anything!

First of is an absolutely beautiful pair of topshop jeans, oh my god do these jeans make me swoon. They look like they'd fit really well and that's something that I'm really keen for, I struggle to find jeans that fit and are good in length. I feel like these topshop jeans would be perfect and I like the colour as well, I own mainly dark/ black jeans and these are a bit more out of my comfort zone. Next are the Nike trainers, I never thought I'd want to own trainers after P.E but here we are. This is absolutely because of Anna, she makes them look absolutely fabulous in everything she pairs them with and the more I saw her wearing them the more I needed some Nikes in my life and these (or the free runs) are just the ticket!

I was in Boots the other week when I saw this little gem and I sampled a bit and was really pleasantly surprised. It made my skin super smooth and did make my skin a lot darker but in a healthy glow looking way. It really is a nice product which I'd like to try properly. I've wanted something along the lines of a tablet for a while now, simply because always having to use my laptop is a bit of a chore and using my phone isn't really ideal if I want to blog. So I feel a tablet would meet nicely in the middle. Naked recently released this new compact, it contains a bronzer, a highlighter and a blusher and they are all stunning shade. I think it's perfect for the summer and is just very wearable in general, I need it in my life very much!

Next, I know I'm a little late with the hype. However, I love this little polaroid camera and think it would be such a nifty thing to carry around for differently adventures and memories. I especially like the pastel pink colour that it comes in and think it actually adds to the item itself, I know a lot of people have these now but  I just love it so much. I love how polariod pictures look and come out, they look very vintage and pretty. A french bulldog coin purse, what more could I possibly need in life more than a french bulldog coin purse? Nothing, that's what. I want twenty of these just to store anything in, not even just money. Hair clips, hairbands, anything and everything. Lastly, it has to be the Ted Baker purse. Ted Baker literally makes some of the nicest purses and bags ever. I've needed a new purse for so long now, but I'm holding out for one that meets my standards aka: this one.

So that's it, I'm sorry again that I haven't posted in a while but I hope a good old fashioned wishlist makes up for that!

 I'm quite fussy with mascaras in that I want something that looks fairly natural, I naturally have very long dark eyelashes so I don't necessarily NEED mascara. I want something that just adds a little extra something the what I already have, so if you look clump, thick and fake then you are not going to be finding yourself in my makeup bag! If I'm honest I'm not actually overly keen on the packaging, I don't really like the colour and the writing on the tube. I think it just looks a bit tacky and I think that it totally misleads the product itself which is fab. I think if collection did a less pre-teen packaging with their items and made it a bit sleeker then they'd be on to a serious winner because their products are A+++++.
 Now when you first look at the brush you probably think "oh, well it's not really anything special?" hold on a sec my friend. I for one like my bristles to be a little bit firmer so that I feel they don't hold all the clumpy bits of the product, but this wand works extremely well at separating all of my lashes whilst coating them evenly leaving a natural but extended finish.

So without further rambling my eleven facts are:

1. Liverpool is basically one of my favourite places ever.
2. My favourite food is roast potatoes and gravy, I would eat this as a normal snack if I could. In all honesty I just really like potatoes. Orange juice is also my favourite drink (without pulp if you want to be really nice and buy me some).
3. I'm pretty sure I'm part cat, I make cat noises without meaning to and curl up in a ball which I'm certain isn't normal...
4. My geography is terrible, don't ask me anything about anywhere because I will not have a clue and will embarrass myself very badly.
5. If I could do any job in the world it would be either a teacher, or something like a radio presenter or something with writing. 
6. I use the word fabulous too much in one day.
7. At some point in my life, I need to own a french bulldog as they embody all that is good in the world. LOOK AT HOW FRICKING CUTE THEY ARE, I CANNOT COPE.
   
8. I used to be able to read tarot cards and play the ukulele, I haven't in a few years and I really want to start both up again.
9. I'm a Leo and I believe and love things stuff astrology wise.
10. I love summer, the sun, the heat and being tanned. That is when I am at my happiest.
11. I cannot handle spicy AT ALL, even most potato wedges are too hot for me. Which is extremely distressing.

1. Describe yourself in three words.
   I think I would probably have to go for strange, imaginative and ambitious.
2. What is your favourite past time?
   Probably laying in bed, listening to music and reading blogs!
3. If you could be one age forever, what age would you be and why?
   I don't know why but I feel like by 26 I'll be a bit more grounded and have more of an idea of what I'm doing and where I'm going to I feel that would be a cool age to stick at. Not too old and not too young.
4. Pick a movie character to describe your life.
   One of my closest friends once compared me to Wednesday Adams off of the Adams family, so I feel that is a brilliant one to go with! Or Tina from Bob's burgers (not a movie I know) as we are basically the same person.
5. Who would you want to play you in a movie of your life?
   Definitely either Kat Dennings or Mila Kunis. They are fabulous, sexy and great.
6. Favourite person and why?
   I don't know whether this means people I know or like famous people?! SO MANY CHOICES so I'm gonna do them all. People I know I'd say my favourite person is my mummy, because she's my mummy. Famous person it has to be John Krasinski, Ryan Gosling or Scott Disick.
7. What can you not leave the house without?
   My phone is probably my main one, as it basically just has everything I need on it and also headphones because I love listening to music whenever and wherever I can.
8. What's the one thing to give you a guaranteed pick me up?
   Going out for a coffee somewhere cute or feeding me endless bags of twirl bites.
9. If you could raid anyone's wardrobe who would it be?
   This is so difficult oh my god. It would probably be between Alexa Chung, Kylie Jenner and Vanessa Hudgens. I love all of their individual styles, and couldn't pick one because I just want all of their clothes please? If I HAD to go for one, it would be Vanessa Hudgens as she will literally wear anything that she likes and looks good in it all and I love everything she wears.
10. Finish this sentence: If I could be anywhere right now it would be…
    In a super hot country laying on the beach, shopping and exploring.
11. Most importantly, why did you start writing/creating your blog?
    I wanted to start it because media has always been a huge passion of mine, especially after studying it. I've also always enjoyed writing and rambling, but when I started sixth-form I got much more into beauty and lifetsyle bloggers and vloggers and since then I always wanted to start a blog of my own!

 I don't have a lot of pictures from my childhood, my mum mainly has them. I have a few and these are some of my favourites that I picked out of my box, how hilarious was I?! Me and a friend have just said by looking at these photos you can actually see I've never been a normal person in my life. I just find that I was a bit of an ugly kid, but cute ugly if that makes any sense; especially the bottom one look at the little smooshy face!















 These are a few bits from my school years that stood out the most; at the top is the card I received when I did my work experience at school. I got to go and help teach kids which is something I've always been VERY passionate about and I can honestly say I've never enjoyed myself more then when I was working with those kids. This one particular class I got very attached to and I came into the classroom and they gave me this card and some chocolate and I honestly stood and cried because I was so touched (they were all very confused). The second photo is from my prom, I can honestly say I hated prom but that was my personal opinion! This was my ticket and corsage from the night. At the bottom when before I went to high school we all got to make these little booklets and it just makes me laugh reading through them because the comments are just such a giggle!
























At the top is a little perfume bottle that my mum brought me back from her honeymoon to Prague and I love it because it's just so beautiful and it's one thing I see myself keeping until I die, maybe I'll even pass it down. It's not financially valuable, but personally it means a hell of a lot! The second is a letter that I received when I was younger from someone who was very important in my life, it was the most beautiful thing I've ever received and one day when I was extremely emotional over something I actually ripped up the whole letter and regretted it immediately. I gathered up all the pieces and put them back in the envelope and they are still in there to this day! (I luckily didn't rip the drawing with it thank GOD) although it's all in the past, I still like to keep the letter as it means a lot to me. In the next photo is one of the first presents my younger sister ever chose for me herself; there doesn't really need to be an explanation as to why that's special. Lastly is a picture I have of my uncle who my family unfortunately lost a few years back, I'd experienced loss and death before this but this hit me especially hard and I honestly still struggle a lot of the time with it now, but that's life for you.
