Here are some of the songs that I've been obsessing over this month, there's a mixed bag of different types of music but they are all just as good as one another. I literally cannot stop singing to Nick Jonas, the Jonas Brothers were like my guilty pleasure when I was younger and he's still just as good. Please don't judge me. Also everyone has heard take me to church by now, but if you haven't heard any of his other stuff then you should check it out because the man is a musical genius.
I was nominated for the Sisterhood Of The World Tag by Rebecca at sheintheknow who has an absolutely beautiful blog (and she's a right beauty herself) so you should give her blog a cheeky look at. So I'll stop rambling and get this post underway!

Here are the questions Becca set for me.
1. What are your goals for 2015?
My main goal of such for 2015 is to do things that make me happy, I’m trying to worry about money and the future less. Not to the point that I’m completely irresponsibly obviously, but I’m trying to arrange doing things with Adam, my closest friends and family that are things that I genuinely want to do and that make me happy. I always worry about something, so I'm trying to push myself to do things I'm scared of doing, but I know that they will make me happy. Another goal I have is to move out by the end of the year with Adam.
2.
Top 2 places you would like to visit?
The two places I've always wanted to visit are Malta and Ireland. I think they are both absolutely beautiful places in their own ways and both have so much culture, I hope I get the chance to go to both of them one day!

4.
Do you find blogging challenging? If so, why?
I do in terms of I really struggle to find time to sit down and do it, when I do I absolutely love it and I’m always thinking of new posts and things that I can write about or ways to interest my readers. I do find that working full time, attempting to have an active social life, and maintain my mental health and general well being takes up a lot more time and rarely leaves time for blogging. I really am hoping I get back into the swing of things soon!

Who is your current style crush?
My style crush in terms of bloggers will always be viviannadoesmakeup, lilypebbles and beautycrush 1000% because all I dream of is having their wardrobes combined in my life. My life will truly be complete then! In terms of actual celebrities it’s got to be Vanessa Hudgens (I love her), Emma Stone (also love her) and Kendall Jenner (definitely love her).

What career are you currently set on?
I currently work for a company doing administration and other bits and pieces, which I really enjoy. Where are you from? Do you like it?
I was born in Ormskirk, but I've lived in Suffolk for my whole life. I don’t really like Suffolk in all honesty, I find myself more comfortable in Liverpool and in that particular area than I do in the town I've grown up in. It’s not awful and it could be worse, but I just personally don’t like it that much.

Do you have any fears? If so what are they?
I’m a bit weird about admitting my fears, but I’ll say what they are and just not delve into them too much! One of my biggest fears is of bugs; I am literally scared of all types of bugs. Yes that includes lady birds, butterflies, ants etc. People always find this hilarious, but I just really really hate them all and have a proper little freak out if one is on me or near me.
I’m also terrified of dentists, doctors, hospitals and childbirth (although I’d love to have children) so an all-rounder really! There are more things I’m scared of, but I don’t want this nice little post to have a downer put on it.

At the moment my boyfriend and I are watching Mad Men and I am absolutely loving it! I don’t know why I didn't watch it before, I love all the characters and the story line behind each individual character (and everyone is so damn attractive). I have a lot of TV series’ that I watch when they are on though, I’m a bit obsessed! Oh, and we are also loving this series of Master Chef!

Do you have any weird wacky talents?
I genuinely don’t think I do actually, not that I can think of right now and I’m gutted that there isn't anything! I’m considered pretty weird as it is, but apparently I have no weird talents… sad times.
The 10 people I've decided to nominate for this are:

What songs have you loved this month?

I have to say that stripes are hands down one of my favourite
styles and patterns to wear, they always look so effortlessly cool and
just make me feel so good about myself. I've always been a big wearer of
stripes, and so when the sweethearts over at farfetch contacted me saying they’d
created a new infographic to help their readers pick their perfect stripes for
this spring/summer season and if I wanted to share it with my readers, I couldn't wait!
I personally think that everyone can pull off stripes in some
shape or form; it’s all about finding what is best suited for you. It’s also
about what you like and want to wear; if it makes you feel good then ignore
what anyone else may think. If you prefer wearing monochrome clothing, then you’ll
probably be the same as I am and rock a good old fashioned black and white stripe.
One of my favourite tops that I've ever owned was a black and white loose
material v neck t-shirt, it was so flattering and went with whatever I paired
it with (I then stupidly dyed my hair in it one day and it went EVERYWHERE and now
I use it to dry my hair) so it’s all about finding what works for you. If you
find that you wear much brighter/ colourful clothing day to day then you should
definitely try something that bit ‘louder’ in terms of stripes, look at the
example in the infographic and if it gives you all the feels then you know you’re
heading in the right direction! I personally find that coloured stripes are the
most daring and so if you’re braver than I am (most people are) you should give
them a go.
The last ‘Audrey Hepburn’ style stripes are admittedly not
something that I've ever personally considered, but after really looking at
them I have to say I’m really intrigued to try them out myself. They definitely
are what I’d consider as spring/summer stripes, the fact that they aren't too in
your face but are a lot lighter than a lot of the clothing I own really does appeal
to me. It’s certainly something I’m going to keep my eyes open for the next
time I go shopping!
So although I’m fully aware that the classic black and white
stripes are my idea of stripe heaven, the infographic has made me aware of all
the different stripes there are and ways that you can wear them which means I
have no excuses not to experiment a bit.
What type of stripes do you love?
Now you've probably already heard a lot about this in the blogging world recently, but I thought why not share my own opinion on it? Honestly, I've never been a rep lipstick wearer and that isn't because I don't want to. I think it looks absolutely ridiculous on me and so I just gave up in the end, but then I found this little gem and my opinions have changed.
This is the Bourjois rouge edition velvet lipstick (bit of a mouthful I know) and I have it in the shade frambourjois and right now it is my favourite lip product EVER. This is a bold statement I know, but I will explain why...
The shade is a deep red, bright but not too bright. It's matte, which I think is a big factor on why I love this so much as I'd never really considered a matte red. I really should of thought of this sooner because then all my heartbreak over never having a good red lippy would have ended earlier and it would have been happily ever after. I find if I do a layer and leave it to dry and then build a few layers on that I have the perfect red shade that lasts me all day and night, but then it comes off a treat when I wash all of my make-up off.
I was super pants last month and didn't post a large amount towards the end, and then I realised that I hadn't done a post on January and now its March and I am a terrible blogger. Feel free to judge me, I wouldn't blame you! I didn't actually take a whole lot of photos in January, but February there was a lot more so I thought I'd do the two together.
I tried to cram in as many photos as I possibly could without making it look to messy, there were so many more photos that I wanted to include but this post would end up being way to long and I don't want to bore you all with my life story!
The first photo is of the beautiful flowers that Adam got me for Valentines day, he'd taken note the month before that lilies are some of my favourite flowers. The man did good! Then he took me out that evening for some amazing food at Chiquitos, and the second photo is of some of the cocktails we decided to get with our meals and the vodka and raspberry one that I had was probably one of the best things I have EVER DRUNK IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, I miss that drink.
I went out for a Costa catch up with one of my favourite females in the world and we literally just sat chilled, talked and laughed the whole day and it was just lovely being able to catch up with her as we don't get to see much of each other but when we do it's like nothing has changed. My closest friends and I went out for a meal and then went back to Adam's flat and had a few drinks and played cards against humanity (if you haven't played it yet and you have a messed up sense of humor then I recommend it!) and it was a really fun and brilliant night.
I also got my new camera in February and it is so amazing, I can't wait to go out and give it a spin, I'm genuinely craving some sort of day out or occasion so I can use it!
Lastly, in January my 2 best friends finally gave birth to my absolutely beautiful god son/ surrogate nephew. I've covered his face up because he's only a little baby and I'm not going to post his face on my blog so you'll all have to take my word for it when I say he is the most stunning little angel in the whole world. I'm head over heels in-love with him and so proud of my friends.
So that's all you really need to know about my last few months, how were your January and February?
